Sometimes you cook dinner and yell, "Everybody come and get it!" Sometimes you want to plate. Leftover honey soy pork tenderloin on a bowl of rice and sauteed vegetables with a spicy orange sauce. Someday I want to write a cookbook for busy families that includes ideas for the leftovers from those slow-cooker masterpieces.
