Some more of my Spirit of Boise balloon photos for the newest photo challenge I’ve joined. The theme this week is “Ready, set, action!” I decided it was a better theme for these pictures than the back to school theme on one of the other sites. The Spirit of Boise balloon festival is definitely a back-to-school tradition in our town, the ballooners make a point of flying over, and sometimes landing in, various schools around town. But these photos are better for a theme of ACTION!

Hot air ballooning is a lot of fun. Wonderful photo! It seems so serene, but if you get a stiff wind, you can actually travel pretty fast and far. Thanks for joining the challenge!
