I was planning on throwing stuff into the Crockpot Friday morning for dinner but at 6:30am I realized that I really did not want to peel and slice six potatoes for the au gratin potato and ham dish I had planned. So Friday night, after getting vetoed on stopping by Casanova Pizzeria for pizza to go, I stopped by Fred Meyer and got a family size can of Campbell's bean and bacon soup and some frozen Stouffer's flatbread melts and paninis. Just because it's not homemade doesn't mean it needs to be bad for you… at least I think it was a fairly healthy meal. These days it seems like you just don't know… mostly because every "expert" has a different opinion of what's healthy, IMHO.
